2. Not a Law Firm or Attorney
HomeOfferFlow is not a law firm. No attorney-client relationship is created by using the site, answering questions, generating documents, paying for a product, receiving emails, or requesting optional review/support services unless you separately enter into a written engagement agreement with a licensed attorney.
3. Not a Real Estate Brokerage or Buyer Representation
HomeOfferFlow is not acting as your real estate agent, broker, fiduciary, transaction coordinator, or representative. 4. TREC Forms
HomeOfferFlow may assist in completing TREC-promulgated forms. TREC forms are public records and may be available to the public, but they are primarily intended for use by trained Texas real estate license holders. You are responsible for determining whether the forms and addenda generated are appropriate for your transaction.
5. User-Provided Information
Documents are generated from the information you provide. If you enter incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, misunderstood, or inappropriate information, the generated documents may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable.
6. No Guarantee of Acceptance or Success
HomeOfferFlow does not guarantee that any offer will be accepted, countered, reviewed, signed, funded, closed, or legally enforceable. Seller decisions, listing agent practices, market conditions, financing, inspections, appraisals, title issues, HOA issues, disclosures, and other transaction factors are outside our control.
7. Deadlines and Later Changes
You are responsible for tracking deadlines and reviewing any counteroffers, amendments, revised contracts, signature requests, disclosure documents, addenda, or other changes sent after your offer packet is generated. HomeOfferFlow does not monitor your transaction after generation unless expressly agreed in a separate written service agreement.
