Texas agent & broker workspace

Start with the transaction—not a form catalog.

One first question routes you into the right guided workspace for a property listing, purchase, lease listing, or tenant representation.

No brokerage seat required. Every signed-in agent can use HomeOfferFlow's released shared form workflows. Start with the client and property details you have, then save your defaults for faster repeat work.

What you can do here

Start a transaction, then build the document package it needs.

Offer work and shared forms

Prepare supported Texas buyer-offer packets, purchase addenda, buyer-side signing, saved defaults, draft recovery, repeat-offer work, and shared TXR document reviews. Every signed-in agent can use the shared library; the guided interview keeps the relevant documents together for the transaction.

See the shared document list

The shared library includes private TXR-1501, TXR-1506, TXR-1507, TXR-1508, TXR-1905, TXR-1914, TXR-1917, TXR-1919, TXR-1948, TXR-1953, and TXR-1954 review-draft creation for every signed-in agent. Agents can also prepare universal TREC-55-1 seller-disclosure and optional TREC-61-0 water-disclosure review drafts.

Private seller planning

Organize private seller leads and listing workspaces, prepare a seller listing launch checklist or consultation brief, and compare incoming offers without exposing private transaction details to the broader team.

Review before delivery

Each document clearly explains whether it is ready for delivery or needs review first. When delivery is available, the queue identifies the selected signer and requires an explicit recipient confirmation before a document is sent.

Before you open the workspace

Clear answers for agents and brokers.

Do I need a password?

No. HomeOfferFlow uses a secure sign-in link for the agent or broker workspace.

What happens after I choose a transaction?

Every choice opens one plain-language result question before a workflow is opened. Purchase can lead to an offer, representation, or a customer notice. Property listing and lease listing can lead to the relevant listing, disclosure, or review work. Tenant representation can lead to representation or customer-notice work. HomeOfferFlow does not automatically select a legal form.

Can I use saved defaults for the next offer?

Yes. The workspace supports reusable agent and brokerage defaults, while a new offer clears prior client and property details.

Are released forms available to every signed-in agent?

Yes. Every form released in HomeOfferFlow's shared agent library is available to every signed-in agent; forms are not assigned one brokerage or agent at a time.

Can I organize a seller-side listing?

Agents can use private seller leads and listing workspaces to organize launch planning, a seller consultation brief, and offer comparisons.

Can I prepare private form reviews?

Yes. Every signed-in agent can start private relationship, consumer-notice, mineral-reservation, and seller-financing review drafts from approved sources. Each workflow clearly states whether it is review-only or has a separate signature queue.

Does this replace broker supervision?

No. HomeOfferFlow is workflow software. You remain responsible for reviewing terms and following applicable brokerage policy.
